FEES 2012

Please would you have a look at the different payment options set out below and place a tick in the applicable block to indicate which option you have decided on for paying your fees for 2012

FEE SCHEDULE – 2012

The ANNUAL school fees are R25 425.

Three options of payment are offered. Please tick in the appropriate box which option you would like to make use of and return to the Office before the end of term.

OPTION 1 :

Annual Fee – to be paid in advance by 31 January 2012 R24 400

OPTION 2 : R25 425

Termly fee – to be paid NOT later than seven days after commencement of term.
3 payments of R8 475

OPTION 3 : R26 400
Eleven monthly payments of R2 400 (EFT)
To be paid in advance and dated the first of each month with the first monthly payment to be paid by the 20th January 2010.

AFTERCARE :
Aftercare times are from 12h30 to 14h00 every day except Wednesday.

TERMLY :

R650.00 per term – to be paid in advance each term.

MONTHLY:

R250,00 per month

CASUAL :

R25.00 per day.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A PENALTY FEE OF R80.00 WILL BE CHARGED IF FEES ARE NOT PAID WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF THE ABOVE OPTION DATES.

REMINDER : All moneys are to be addressed to Linda in a sealed envelope together with your child’s name and class on the envelope. Internet payments and direct deposits are encouraged. If paying cash, for security reasons, please pay in small amounts – NO LARGE AMOUNTS OF CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please advise Linda in office of payments made via Internet.
